There is much more to completing a real estate transaction than finding the correct property and writing a purchase contract. The acceptance of a contract triggers a chain of events that will result in the transfer of the property from the seller to the buyer at the end of the escrow period. I regularly work with a team of affiliates who have proven themselves to be among the best at insuring the transaction is closed as smoothly as possible.
