The most important part of any real estate
transaction is after the purchase contract is accepted and the property is is
escrow. I will personally coordinate this important time by staying in
constant communication with you, the seller, as well as the buyer's agent, the
buyer's lender, the various inspectors as well as the escrow officer.
I do not delegate these important duties to an
assistant, as many agents do. I believe this is the most important part of
the transaction, and needs to be handled by a professional!
